Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently accept payment via Paypal, Credit/Debit cards or Cheque/Postal Order made payable to The Order of Initiative. A link is provided to obtain a Paypal account, the easy and secure way to pay on the internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Postage is calculated at checkout based on delivery address and weight of the parcel.

No additional handling charges are made.

Please take note before ordering, for orders outside UK we cannot accept responsibility and cannot refund or replace lost or damaged items in transit with standard shipping cost. We can only refund or replace insured goods. For insurance cost please contact us or choose other shipping methods provided.

Delivery Schedule All miniatures are in stock and orders are normally despatched within 24 hours.
Some items showing as in stock still need to be ordered in, this may add a week or more to the delivery time, if you need a fast delivery please contact us by email to confirm if the item is in stock here or needs to be ordered in.
In the event that items ordered are out of stock we will let you know by email and refund your money back if you do not wish to wait.

Back Orders Back orders are not possible due to the limited availability of most stock.
Contact us for items that you are interested that are currently out of stock and we will check whether our suppliers are still holding for the specific items you want.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security No credit card information is held on our servers, all transactions are handled by Paypal's secure servers or Protx.

Returns Policy Should goods be damaged or faulty a full refund will be given. Otherwise goods must be returned within 7 days as new condition for a refund, postal charges will be deducted from the refund. Before sending any items you wish to return we would like you to contact us first and include the reason for returning the goods.
